Ponti White Balsamic Dressing DOC, 500 ml
The result of a careful combination of grape must and fine Ponti wine vinegar. With low acidity and a convincing wisteria aroma.
It adds a touch of delicacy to salads, cooked vegetables and even white meats and fish. On top of a fruit salad you can add two drops to enhance the flavour.
