The company's history began in Olmeda de la Fuentes, a city that symbolizes the richness of the Spanish culinary tradition, and the core values that have guided Olmeda since its inception have been a passion for good food, a return to lost customs, and a delight in the authenticity that the land provides. Guided by these values, the brand seeks out and selects the best and highest quality products from rural Spain to offer to the market.
