Raclette Entremont 400 g slice

If you've ever skied in the Alps or just dreamed of going there, you've probably heard of raclette. This sweet and nutty alpine cheese is heated and runny over boiled potatoes. Accompanied by spicy corn sticks and sausages, it's an exceptionally tasty dinner suitable for the cold months.

This raclette pack of slices from French manufacturer Entremont gives you the mountain hut experience in your own home. Simply heat the raclette until it starts bubbling, using a griddle, oven or special fondue grill. The traditional accompaniment to raclette is white wine, usually from the Savoie region.
