Ingredients and weight:
- 300 г Whipping cream
- 250 г Mascarpone cheese
- 200 g Powdered sugar
- 3 g Vanilla extract
- Maple syrup or agave syrup (optional)
- 300 g Blueberries
- 300 g Raspberries
- 300 g Blackberries
- 300 g Grapes
Preparation:
Beat the cream with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Add the mascarpone, icing sugar and vanilla until well blended. Serve over the fruit.
