Scrambled Eggs with Brie Cheese and English Muffins

Ingredients
- 8 Eggs
- 4 Slides Bree Ile de France
- 300 ml Cooking cream
- 8 pcs English muffin
- 140 г Fig jam Labeyrie
- 4 g Salt and pepper
- Thyme for decoration
Preparation:
Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the cream. Season to taste. Heat the eggs in a "bain marie" or water bath, stirring constantly until the eggs are cooked. Toast the English muffins in a toaster oven. Spread fig jam on each one. Add two tablespoons of the eggs and top with half of the Brie cheese. Garnish with a little thyme. Serve immediately. Serving suggestion: perfect for lunch! Tip: you can use slices of wholemeal bread instead of English muffin.
