Beat the eggs with the sugar. Add milk. Mix well. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl and add to the mixture, stirring slowly. Add the melted sweet butter. Mix and let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes. In a hot, lightly greased pan, pour in the pancake mix. Cook for 1 minute on each side of the pancake.

Heat 100 ml of cream and add the chocolate. Stir until homogeneous. Spread it over the pancakes and sprinkle with sugar beads so that you decorate similar to an "owl." Whip the remaining cream and put the pastry cream in a piping bag. Wash the apple, cut it in half and slice thinly. Cut the strawberries into quarters. For the owl's eyes: place two rounds of whipped cream on top of each pancake and a blueberry on top. For the owl's beak: place a strawberry quarter in the middle of the pancake. To give the owl wings: place a slice or two of sliced apple on each side. For the ears: place sliced almonds over the eyes and decorate with mint leaves. Finally, using the bag of cream, make thin strips for branches on the plate. Sprinkle with chocolate pearls and add two sliced almonds to form the legs.
